Shipping

What are your delivery times?

Our delivery times vary depending on the shipping method you choose. For standard shipping, which is free for all orders, it usually takes 3-4 business days for your order to arrive after it has shipped. We also offer expedited shipping options for an additional fee, which can arrive in 2-3 business days, or even overnight in some cases.

Please note that all orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification with tracking information when your order has shipped.

How much will shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping method you choose and the total value of your order. For standard shipping, which is free for all orders, there are some exceptions that apply.

For expedited shipping options, the cost ranges from $30.00 to $60.00 depending on the order value. Please note that all orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification with tracking information when your order has shipped.

Can you provide worldwide shipping?

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide worldwide shipping at this time. We currently only ship to locations within the United States, with the exception of Hawaii and Alaska. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

Which courier service will transport my order?

At QualitySigns Chicago, we have partnered with FedEx to handle the transportation of all orders. This allows us to ensure that your order is delivered safely and on time, no matter where you are located.

Our agreement with FedEx also provides you with the peace of mind that comes with using a reputable and reliable courier service. So, you can rest assured that your order is in good hands and will be delivered promptly and efficiently.

Where will I receive my order?

Orders will be delivered to the address indicated by the customer. Shipments to PO Boxes are not allowed. The customer agrees to provide an address where the order can be delivered within normal hours for the delivery of the goods. In case of breach of this obligation, QualityChicago Signs (a division of SpeedyOrders LLC) will not be held responsible for the delay or impossibility of delivering the requested order.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

QualitySigns Chicago (a division of SpeedyOrders LLC) will prepare shipments within a maximum of 48 hours from the day following confirmation of purchase. Once the order is delivered to the carrier's logistics operator, the delivery time will depend on the destination. In case of change of delivery time, this will be clearly indicated in the online store. As a general rule, orders will always be received within a maximum period of 5 business days within the Continental U.S.. May vary in case of force majeure.

Will I be able to track my order?

Yes. Once the purchase is made, you will receive an email confirming your shipment with the order details and a link to follow the entire process, from preparation to final delivery of the order.

Will i receive any compensation in case of loss or damage during transport?

Shipping costs include the specific insurance offered by the carrier. In the event of loss or damage, Buyer may be entitled to compensation. Such compensation will be subject to the corresponding request by the Buyer to QualitySigns Chicago and from QualitySigns Chicago (a division of SpeedyOrders LLC) to the company responsible for the shipment and will take effect in the event of a response from that company assuming responsibility for the loss or deterioration and for the payment actually made to them as compensation pursuant to the conditions of the insurance included in your services.

How do I care for my product?

For all products, use a soft, non-abrasive cloth to wipe down the sign/frame and remove any dust or debris. For tougher stains, use a mild soap solution and a soft cloth to gently scrub the surface. Avoid exposing the product to extreme temperatures or prolonged sunlight. When not in use, store in a cool, dry place.

Acrylic Sign Care Tips

Clean the sign with a soft cloth or sponge and mild soap and water. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or scrubbing the sign too hard, as this can scratch the surface.
Use a squeegee or soft cloth to remove any excess water and prevent water spots.
Avoid exposing the sign to extreme temperatures, as this can cause the material to expand or contract and potentially warp or crack.
If your sign becomes scratched or scuffed, use a polishing compound specifically designed for acrylic surfaces.

Metal Aluminum Composite Care Tips

Care tips for white laminated and brushed aluminum composite signs:

Cleaning: Wipe with a soft, damp cloth using mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Do not use solvents, alcohol, or acidic cleaners; they can damage the laminate or brushed finish.
Gentle Scrubbing: Use a soft sponge for stubborn stains; avoid steel wool or rough pads.
Rinse Thoroughly: Remove all soap residue with clean water to prevent streaking.
Dry Properly: Use a microfiber cloth to dry and prevent water spots.
Avoid Direct Heat: Keep signs away from intense heat sources to prevent warping.
UV Protection: For white laminated signs, apply UV-protectant spray if exposed to prolonged sunlight.
Regular Inspection: Check for scratches or peeling; address minor damage promptly to avoid worsening.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place, flat or upright, avoiding heavy stacking.

Same care applies to both white laminated and brushed finishes unless UV exposure is a concern (more relevant for white laminated).

How can I buy a product?

Adding new products to your shopping cart is very easy. The option "Buy" is available on each product sheet. You can add as many products as you like.

How do I complete the purchase?

In the upper right corner of the screen is the "Your shopping cart" section, where you can consult the items you have selected at any time. At the end of the purchase process, press the "Checkout" button in the shopping cart. Payment methods

Can I return my order?

The goal of QualitySigns Chicago (a division of SpeedyOrders LLC) online store is for its customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. However, if for any reason you wish to return your order, you may do so as long as you comply with the return conditions.

We will accept returns on any non-customizable item!

The return must occur during the month following the purchase confirmation date.
All items to be returned must be in the same condition in which they were delivered, with the original packaging and labels.

Returns of items that may deteriorate or expire quickly will not be accepted

Returns of articles that have been modified will not be accepted. Returns will only be accepted on items that are in their original packaging and have not been opened, tested or manipulated.
In cases where all the return conditions are not met, QualitySigns Chicago will not be able to accept the return and will inform the customer by email. QualitySigns Chicago (a division of SpeedyOrders LLC) reserves the right to reject returns communicated or sent after the deadline or items that are not in the same condition in which they were delivered.

QualitySigns Chicago (a division of SpeedyOrders LLC) allows the payment of purchases made in the online store in the following ways:

Is the payment made in a secure environment?

QualitySigns Chicago (a division of SpeedyOrders LLC) uses a payment platform that allows the purchase process to be carried out with maximum security. For what reasons can my credit card be rejected?
